I had a recent conversation, where I (W. A. Boykin II of PCF HOME) mentioned the concept of
military personnel (serving or retired) creating income while still having a place to live.


PCF HOME would like to provide this for military personnel, their spouses, and their families
with professional property management to make it a hands free opportunity for those while half
way across the world!


Military Veterans whether enlisted or discharged, put their lives on the line in an article recently
seen by the Rand Corporation it was written that “1 in 7 persons enter the military married and
by the eighth year 3⁄4 of the members are married”. This leaves many empty households that are
still paying utilities and/or a mortgage. ON TIME. Yet no plus for the veterans that put their life
on the line to afford that mortgage except excellent credit. Whooppee!

 

What if Military personnel could keep their home private and also offer a home to someone else? Or even
renting their home out if they are going to be away for long periods of time. Still creating
positive cash flow and income! Income that can be used to buy additional property, therefore
when personnel retire or in their retirement they have a positive cash flow.


After fighting for their country, protecting borders, taking orders, being in places my nightmares can only create WHY AFTER DOING ALL OF THIS SHOULD THEY HAVE TO COME HOME
TO WORK IN CIVILIAN LIFE! If they choose to this should be their choice! Not the
prerequisite!

This is not building wealth and a way of life after the service this country so needs. It is creating
a burden for the Retired Serviceperson to create a way of life for them, and possibly the Country
to have to provide care and housing or veterans that after serving are not able to serve again in
society for various reasons! In addition to providing housing to Veterans desperately in need of affordable housing.

 

Military personnel have access to loan programs the average citizen does not. They are
excellent candidates for investing into themselves and the country that they served future.
