While our branding—"America's Best Built Homes"—reflects our commitment to the highest standards of structural integrity and modern building science, PCF HOME, LLC does not operate as the "Builder of Record" or "General Contractor" for physical construction services unless specifically licensed and contracted as such in the project’s local jurisdiction.Construction Services:All physical construction, onsite labor, and permit-pulling are performed by independent, third-party Licensed General Contractors and specialized subcontractors. PCF HOME, LLC provides the architectural concepts, project management, and the proprietary EVG 3D Concrete Insulated Steel paneling systems used in the project.Warranty & Liability:Structural and workmanship warranties are provided directly by the Licensed General Contractor of record for each specific project. PCF HOME, LLC serves as the developer and technology integrator to ensure the "Best Built" specifications are met throughout the design and assembly phases.
